From a Delhi Office to a Pan-India Footprint
Founded in 2012 in New Delhi, AAS Buildcon Private Limited began with a straightforward conviction: that India's public infrastructure deserves the same engineering rigour and finish as its finest private developments.
Over the years, that conviction earned us Class I contractor registration in Bihar, PWD empanelment in Madhya Pradesh, and the trust of government departments, institutions and private clients across more than eleven states.
Today, our work spans civil construction, turnkey EPC projects, smart city development — and a rare specialization: the scientific conservation of heritage monuments, museums and archival collections that tell India's story.
